Warranty
Farris Industrial Valve Corporation is committed to delivering products that meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance. We warrant that our manufactured valves are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Farris Industrial Valve Corporation will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product after evaluation. Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and shall not exceed the original purchase value.
This warranty does not apply to products supplied by third party manufacturers, normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, incorrect maintenance, or operation outside the product’s specified design conditions. Transportation, removal, reinstallation, and other incidental costs are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
